01Client problem
OneCiti provides a full range of services - from tenant search to furnishing your apartment, right through to dealing with body corporate and building managers, thus duly presenting those was one of the most important things. The company is interested in building long-term relationships with a client which sets them apart from other companies providing similar services so our main task was to highlight those unique features.
02Solution
Since OneCiti is not just another property management company, but a team of experts striving to provide a unique experience for their clients we wanted to create a design that would convey that very concept. Proper alignment of the visual elements and contrasting color scheme with bright accents capture attention. Partners animation was created with the solar system in mind, placing OneCiti in the centre. The photo slider of before and after was introduced to show how professional staging and photography services provided by the company can brighten up your apartment and make it look more appealing resulting in 168% more inquiries.
